   While on a 4 month deployment I brought my iPhone from Softbank with me so I could turn 'cellular' off, put it in airplane mode, and still use the wifi when in a hotel/hotspot/data puck. After two months later received a $1500 bill in the mail, 5 days past due date for which they demanded an additional $250. Forced to pay while figuring out the problem. 1) Staff is powerless to do anything about the bill. 2) If spouse/significant other has a POA they will not deal with them. Overall: AVOID
