Closed Daily 1100-1300, Walk-ins in morning, Appointments in afternoon (walk-ins welcome but appointments have priority)

The RAPIDS Office at USAG Torii Station Okinawa can assist you with ID Card, DEERS, CAC, Pass & Tag issues.

Active Duty Army with CAC related issues go to 10th RSG S1 located in Bldg 214, Room 100.

Very convenient as it is only walk-ins and the gentleman working was so kind and courteous! Will go again when needed. Only one worker so it could take longer if many people are waiting. We happen to go when no else was there. Great service!

Slow service, terrible hours, and you can't schedule an appointment through RAPIDS. The organization needs to either hire more employees, put some active duty in the office or cross train some of the finance people who are sitting around to help out. Worst ID card section I have seen in 24 years.
