The Military Personnel Support and RAPIDS Office at Tyndall AFB is located in the Base Support Center. They can assist with ID, CAC, DEERS, RAPIDS and other customer service issues.

Offices closed on all Federal Holidays and ACC Family Days. A scheduled appointment time frame takes about 15-30 minutes per session. A session may consist of (1) CAC ID or up to (2) Dependent ID cards.
Exception to Policy
Monday-Friday: Exception to Policy personnel will be seen on a space availability basis for Wounded Warrior, Military (Mission Critical/Work Stoppage), Civilian (Mission Critical/Work Stoppage), Retiree (Driven 100 miles or farther).
Order of Precedence to be seen: 1. Wing/Group/Unit Commanders; 2. Active Duty CMSgts & First Sergeants; 3. Appointments; 4. Walk-in's

To schedule an appointment please select the next available appointment highlighted in Green, if there are no open appointments and the calendar is Gray please click on the next appropriate month.
Cancel/Reschedule Appointments
Customers will need to know their confirmation number to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Please keep a copy of your appointment confirmation page.
All members with a scheduled appointment should sign in no-later than 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time.
If arriving more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, you will need to reschedule the appointment.

This site sucks! All I need is to contact someone in the DEERS office at Tyndall AFB. There is no one to answer the phone (during advertised operational hours) and there is no way to leave a message. Pass and ID at Tyndall AFB might as well close up because the l hone number says that it is for "NSA Panama City".
