Come and experience a great Florida vacation at Tyndall AFB's FamCamp, the services-run camping facility for active duty and retired military, their families, and guests. Swap stories and roast marshmallows around the bonfire at the gazebo. On most cool evenings, the staff lights a fire in the fire pit. Come gather round and make some new friends!
For a real home-away-from-home experience, rent one of the three FamCamp cabins. Each cottage can accommodate six people in two bedrooms (full-size beds) and a living room (queen-size sleeper sofa). Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen, full bath, carpet, and color television with cable. The units have heat and air-conditioning. Renters must supply their own towels and linens. Please note that while pets and smoking are permitted in the Fam Camp, neither is allowed in any of the cabins.
Built by retirees, the Recreation Lodge is for the exclusive use of registered campers and their guests. Amenities include showers, laundry facilities, and a large screen TV. The lodge is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer. There are fun activities for the whole family from 1 Nov. - 31 Apr.
Rent an RV site by the day, week, or the month. There are 100 sites with full service hook ups and 18 sites with partial service. Partial sites include the water, electric 30/50. Full service is with water, sewer, cable TV, and 50 amp electric. Self-contained RVs may use the on-site dump facility. Reservations are now available 90 days in advance of intended stay with a 60 day rotation.
Authorized Users: Active, National Guard, Reservists, and Retired, year round. 100% DAV, DoD Civilians and sponsored guests April 1 to November 1.

Pet Information: No pets allowed in cottages.
