   I had a very good experience getting a relaxer here. Natalie was nice and professional. I will visit again.

   I had the worst experience today at this salon, if I could give it zero stars in would. I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up after having them shaped and left with two uneven eyebrows. The "stylist" used tweezers to remove way too much of one eyebrow and "reshaped" the other. I left in tears knowing I will be leaving for vacation without eyebrows because of someone else's mistake. After growing my eyebrows for three years and finally having them shaped perfectly, I will be starting all over.
