Staff was curteous. Parking is attrocious. I WAS late for a 1030 appt. But, someone might think think about cutting 1030 appt option. Patrons could easily spent 10-15 minutes just finding a parking spot and then hiking into the building. I was in at 1041 (that was from the office workers mouth) and they stop making new cards at 1040. I wonder how many people have had this experience before? Just food for thought.
