After months of calling and submitting trouble tickets to TKS, my connection is still spotty, and half the time I can't connect to the internet at all, even when I can reach the "Exchange Connect" access point. Don't be fooled by the monopoly that is TKS on Spangdahlem. Your best bet is to move off base as soon as possible and go with any other service provider.
