Pass & Registration

Pass & Registration at Spangdahlem Air Base is located in building 127. The Vehicle Registration Office provides free POV mechanical inspections to the Spangdahlem Military Community in accordance with USAREUR Reg 190-1. All vehicles must be registered with the office upon arriving to base by showing proof of a valid USURER drivers license and insurance. Operational motorcycle registration requires proof of Motorcycle Safety Foundation course completion within the past 3 years. Please contact the office with questions regarding shipping, deregistering and junking vehicles.
