CandieI called and spoke with Karen who was very helpful. I called for holiday hours but she went the extra step to ensure we knew what to bring for renewal and ensure we didn't make a wasted trip. This may seem small, but my sister is driving from Atlanta to renew her dependent ID. A huge thank you for a job well done!

This is not only for Robins ID Card office but the whole RAPIDS website as well. The only reason I had to drive four hours one-way to get a DDFrom 1172 loaded into the system is because it’s impossible to get on the website. It’s totally messed up. Then after four hours of driving to Robins AFB, 15 customers sat in the waiting area for 1 1/2 hours before anyone was called. At 1 hour and ten minutes I am still waiting.
