  1. Waiting to activate a medical scrip10 minutes. Activated on the 7th of November but 21st of November none was ordered. It was Lumigan! I was supposed to be notified when it came in but found out today that it was never ordered. Tried calling Patient Advocate but no answer on their phone number! Also tried to find out about it from the Pharmacy through their phone number but to no avail!!! Called also on the 8th of November with the same outcome!!! was on hold for over an hour before I hug up!!!

  2. Trying to talk to somebody at the pharmacy is next to impossible. Phone number doesn't work almost 100% of the time. To activate a script from off base provider that is electronically submitted one must call to accomplish this process and speak to "a live pharmacy representative." Medical providers from off the installation can't get thru or speak to anyone. The window customer service is pretty awesome considering how many use this facility.

  3. This place when it comes to answering phone calls in any area of service is at a Outer Limits zone. From Air Force theme music to Big Band Era that is the only pleasantries coming out of the call. Your outside doctors submit prescriptions, that must be called in by the recipients, which in turn have a number that responds with these worn out music. Who is running this place? Obviously not the military, because if so it is lacking seriously to the DOD standards.

  4. This is how it must be dealing with the VA. Hard to get an appointment, people are rude, wait time is long.
