Effective 1 January 2015, the Summit and Soldatenstube will transform its business model and discontinue lunch and dinner operations.

The Summit at Redstone offers a cozy yet elegant facility that is ideal for small casual parties, large elegant parties and anything in-between. It is the perfect place to host off-site training, conferences, formal military events, retirement ceremonies, wedding receptions and much more. It can also cater events at your facility, or provide rental equipment to support your event.
