Installation Address (Main Gate)

In order to enter JBSA-Randolph, visitors requesting unescorted entry are required to have a valid form of identification and an authorized sponsor with a valid DoD ID card registered in the DBIDS. Additionally, if driving, the driver must present a valid license with proof of current insurance. Person(s) not in possession of a Military ID, DOD Civilian or Contractor ID, or current visitor pass must process for a visitor pass through the Randolph Visitor Control Center (VCC) located on Harmon Drive outside the Main Gate. All access credentials must be returned to the VCC or issuing authority when no longer needed or upon expiration.
