Casualty Office

The Air Force Casualty Operations Office at Randolph AFB serves the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) region. The branch provides guidance to commanders, casualty assistance representatives, family assistance representatives, and many other support agencies to ensure members and their families are taken care of as expeditiously as possible in a family emergency. In the event of death of an active-duty member or death of a retiree, the Casualty Office provides aid and assistance to family members.
