NAF Human Resources

The Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources Office at RAF Lakenheath is responsible for all facets of US NAF personnel management for the 48th Force Support Squadron. The NAF-HR team and squadron leadership work together to recruit, retain, and develop a highly competent, diverse workforce that upholds the mission, vision and values of the 48th Force Support Squadron in support of the men and women of the 48th Fighter Wing. NAF employment is federal employment, however, it is different from federal civil service.
