How it works:

Come to Outdoor Recreation, Bldg. 228 on POM during business hours to be issued a rental voucher.
Take the voucher to Enterprise to retrieve your vehicle, or call them and they can pick you up.
The closest pickup to the Presidio is outside the Franklin Street gate.
