ID Card Section/DEERS

The Pope Army Airfield RAPIDS Office can assist with ID card, CAC, DEERS and RAPIDS issues.

They are closed every Thursday.
Walk-ins accepted in the morning and afternoon is by appointment ONLY.
As of 27 Nov 17, all Army personnel (AD, Civilians, Contractors, Retirees, Dependents, Reserves, or National Guard) must see their servicing unit or the soldier support center on Ft. Brag. If you schedule an appointment with Pope AFB, it will be cancelled.
