Army Community Service

Army Community Service (ACS) is a comprehensive social service program designed to assist the Commander by identifying emerging social problems and to assist the military, retiree, civilian and Family member population at Picatinny Arsenal and the surrounding community. Picatinny Arsenal's ACS distinguishes itself by providing individual, tailored outreach services and programs to facilitate Soldier, Family and mission readiness morale.
