Military Personnel & ID Cards

The Military Personnel Section (MPS) serves Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, and Retired personnel across the installation through our Customer Service, Force Management, and Career Development elements. We support all Airmen by assisting them in managing their military careers, and ensuring eligibility of entitlements. Appointments for customer service actions (military and civilian ID cards, SGLI updates, DEERS updates, Agent letters, and passports) are highly encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first serve basis on walk-in days.

Monday: Walk-ins welcome
Tuesday: Appointments only
Wednesday: Walk-ins welcome (First and third Wednesday of every month, open at 0900)
Thursday: Appointments only
Friday: Walk-ins welcome (First Friday of every month, closed at 1400)
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 0800-1530, Tuesday and Thursday are appointment only and walk-ins are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We are also closed every third Thursday, all day. Then on the First Friday of every month we close at 1400. Finally, on the first and third Wednesday of every month we open at 0900.

Closed on all Federal Holidays & HQ ACC Family Days.
Appointments are highly encouraged, however we do service walk-ins on a first come, first served basis on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
