Fitness Center/Gym - Dahlgren

The Dahlgren Gym and Fitness Center is located on Dahlgren Road and features a full size gym floor that is used for basketball, volleyball. The facility offers a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with circuit training, life cycles, elliptical machines, steppers, treadmills, free weights, benches and belts. There are two racquetball courts, an aerobics room and saunas in both the men's and women's locker rooms.
