Pool - FitZone Indoor Capo

The Capo Fit Zone pool, located within the Capo Fit Zone gym complex, is an indoor, 25-meter, 6-lane heated pool with a separate Jacuzzi (Jacuzzi is for persons ages 15 & up only).

The Capo Fit Zone pool offers a variety of year-round programs & events:
Lap Swim, Command PT, Group & Private Swim Lessons, Stroke Refinement Clinics, Water Fitness Classes, Rec Swim Hours, and Special Events, as well as support for the local community youth swim team (Naples Tiger Sharks swim team information available at: http://naplestigersharks.org).
