The Embroidery shop at Naval Station Norfolk is located in the main exchange. Go left past the Starbucks, and a kiosk should be outside the salon.

SayerbeeI needed a hat and a shirt embroidered kind of short notice as they were gifts for my father and uncle. Sonya was FANTASTIC and said she would get it done in time for me to leave and didn't even charge me a rush fee. She was so helpful and the work she has displayed it's lovely. I DEFINITELY recommend this shop and will only be coming back here for my embroidery needs in the future.
