Valvoline Oil Change at Naval Base San Diego is located in the parking lot immediately across from the Main Exchange (NEX). It's a pull through oil change, and you can wait while it's being completed. The oil change itself usually takes no more than 20 minutes, but there's sometimes a wait to get in.

staubachI got my oil changed here at Valvoline a few times when I was busy and just needed to get it done quickly. It's pretty fast service overall, and they can change your oil while you walk over to the exchange or whatever you need to do. It usually took about an hour on average from pulling in to when I left. It's located on the dry side of NBSD by the NEX, Commissary, and Garden Shop.
