The Navy College office at NB San Diego is now closed. From this point forward please use the Navy College Program Website for your continuing education needs.

Commands, Sailors, and Academic Institutions may contact the Navy College Virtual Education Center NCVEC by telephone (toll free 877-838-1659/DSN 492-4684), web chat, text, or Help Requests (e-tickets). Sailors can also self-schedule a counseling appointment at the Navy College Program Website Sailor Tab under “Navy Education Counseling”.
