After going through a long message about what I required, I selected an option and received...."There is no one available at this time" really. Then why have the option of speaking with a "real" person. By the way I am a retired Legalman and if something like this would have happened on my watch, be ready......further training. I could understand why active duty military are so lost when it comes to Legal Assistance.
