   I got my 2nd perm yesterday. As my hair dried it went totally limp and straight and I did nothing to it. The phone call this morning to let them know my predicament was very beneficial. I have an appt in two days for a do-over and they will take steps to make sure it turns out well. I am pleased with the service I have received. I understand how difficult it is for my hair to curl even with a perm, so I'm very pleased they were so kind and helpful.
