The service was outstanding. The skin on my fingers did not allow for a quick taking of prints. However the attendant (Melissa Greenwood) labored over my deficiency and overcame the problem. She was very patience with me and finally was able to secure the needed prints. I really appreciated her service.

I had my ID renewed on Sept 26, 2018. The staff were very helpful and patient with me as I couldn’t have my fingerprint done proper. But they did it. Thank you very very much.

The employee by the the name of Louis was just an awful person to come across. Extremely rude and condescending. He needs to find a different job, customer service is just not for him.
