Prescription Pick Up & Drop Off
For prescription pick up we are open Monday through Friday: 0800 to 1700 (Wednesdays 0900 - 1700).
For prescription drop off we have two (2) options available.
We have a drop box available near window 5. It is available whenever the NEX is open. When using this service, your scripts will be available within 24 hours.
You may take a ticket and wait to be called to drop off your prescription at the window. Scripts dropped off after 1630 will be available for pick up after 0900 the next business day.
Pharmacy Services & Ways to Refill Scripts
Automated Call in Refill -Our pharmacy offers an automated call in refill system and an internet option for requesting refills. Patients can simply call the refill number 800.377.1723 (also listed on the label of their medication) using any touch tone phone.
Online Refill System - Your prescription label contains all the information you need to refill your prescription online or check the status of a prescription. To refill a prescription just enter the 7 digit script number and the last four digits of the sponsor's SSN.
TMOP (TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy & Home Delivery - With the DoD TMOP program, you can receive up to a 90 day supply of most medications taken regularly for ongoing conditions such as high-blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, or high cholesterol.
