Oasis Liberty Center at NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex is located at Inside the building 524, which is the NEX building.

e center is open to all active-duty military personnel and their guests
18 years of age or older. The center offers a variety of recreation and leisure time activities, such as off-base trips and transportation to the mall, pistol and rifle qualifications, whitewater rafting, etc. They offer Internet access and the latest and hottest gaming systems.
