Strike Fighter Squadron 25

VFA-25 is assigned to Carrier Air Wing NINE. While ashore, VFA-25 is located on the Operations side of NAS Lemoore in Hangar 2 Mod 2. NAS Lemoore is situated in the middle of California's San Joaquin Valley, a vast agricultural area in the center of the state. The surrounding community is made up of several small towns; Riverdale, Lemoore, and Hanford are the closest. Although the area is sparsely populated, the towns and their people are friendly and very accommodating to Navy personnel.
