Family Fitness Center

The Family Fitness Center is located above the Youth Center Gym in Bldg. 2069. The facility provides an environment for promoting healthier lifestyles for families in the NAS Jax community. The facility offers a child care area for parents who need to bring along their children during workouts. It is open to all authorized personnel. A qualified fitness instructor/trainer is on site to assist patrons with their fitness goals. The center features a full circuit of Life Fitness equipment.
