   E-6 and above in uniform can make an appointment but the uniform part isn't enforced when the barber shop employee knows or likes the person. 1100-1300 is supposed to be people in uniform get head of the line privilege, but the manager won't allow anyone BUT those in uniform to get a hair cut, even if the barber shop is empty. I'm being refused a hair cut because I'm attending a class that requires civilian clothing, so I'm not in uniform, and I'm being refused an appointment as well.

   Not a bad shop, but they're closed on Sundays, when everyone actually gets a haircut.
