Unit PT Requests
Both Fitness Centers offer weekly, pre-scheduled group exercise classes just for active-duty groups of 10 or more. Each class is about an hour long. Request should include the following information:
POC
Phone Number
Email Address
Name of Unit (if applicable)
Number of participants
Desired date and time for class
Desired class format
Please send requests at least two weeks in advance.
