mario_lima1Terrible!! Went in at 0900 for a 0915 appointment, then the ladies in there start going through people that got there after us without looking at the list. If I didn’t bring it to their attention I would have sat there all day. Finally took me in at 1002.....what’s the purpose of a sign in list if it will not be followed? Good luck to all.
