The McConnell Law Center can provide a variety of services free of charge like Wills, Power-of-Attorneys (POAs), and Notaries for Active Duty personnel their dependents and retirees.

Legal Assistance and Will services are available by appointment only during legal assistance hours.
POAs and notary services are available on a walk-in basis during legal assistance hours only. If you need a will or Power of Attorney, the legal assistance website will help you obtain one.
