Transition Readiness

The Career Resource Management Center (CRMC) manages the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) which assists retiring or separating military personnel and their family members in their search for employment. Job search training, personal improvement workshops and individual counseling are provided. The center has an automated national job bank and takes part in local and regional job fairs. Additionally, the center features the Family Member Employment Assistance Program to help family members who are new to the area search for jobs.
