The Family Advocacy Program (FAP) is a congressionally mandated program intended to prevent and reduce the incidence of family violence, helping to create an environment of intolerance for such behavior. Educational services that focus on prevention are provided in order to circumvent family violence in families assigned to Quantico MCB.
