2D LAAD Battalion

Second Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion of the 2D Marine Aircraft Wing, Marine Air Control Group 28 is stationed at MCAS Cherry Point. Marine Air Control Group 28 (MACG 28) provides the Marine Air Command Control System (MACCS), Aviation Combat Element (ACE) communications, and Unmanned Aerial Systems capability in support of 2d MAW and II MEF during combat operations.
