The Laurel Bay Community is located conveniently just three miles from MCAS Beaufort and is a short drive from MCRD Parris Island and Naval Hospital Beaufort. Laurel Bay offers two, three and four bedroom single family and duplex style homes available for all ranks.
Laurel Bay is home to a variety of amenities and services for your convenience. Laurel Bay has 2.7 miles of walking trails, numerous community parks and playgrounds, a boat and RV storage lot, a fishing pier, tennis courts, a basketball court and a community center. The community center has a swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center and a Dot.Com Cafe available for residents.

The Parris Island Community Center features a 24-hour fitness center, children's play area, large family swimming pool as well as a kiddie pool. The homes on Parris Island offer proximity to work, restaurants and shopping. Both the MCCS Exchange and Commissary are located on Parris Island grounds. Community activities, summer camps and extended learning programs are offered on site as well through the many organizations affiliated with MCRD Parris Island.
