Lincoln Military Housing Office at Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center (MWTC) is located in Coleville, about 25 minutes north of the base off 395. Base Housing and numerous services are also located in Coleville.
Located off California Highway 108, 21 miles northwest of Bridgeport and in the heart of a national forest, Coleville provides housing to personnel, E01 to O6.
Residences range from one or two story, duplex or fourplexes. Homes range from two to four bedrooms and come equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer hookups, upright freezers, and automatic garage door.
Amenities include a community center, fitness center, swimming pool, and a variety of tot-lots. The Colleville Community sits on 46,000 acres of Toiyabe National Forest and offers recreational opportunities such as fishing, hiking and camping. A convenience exchange is located on the premises with easy access to general stores in nearby Bridgeport and Barton communities. Lake Tahoe is just an hour's drive away, offering residents even more of the great outdoors.
