Aikido Martial Arts: Tue & Thu 1830
Boot Camp: Tue 1730
Zumba: Mon & Wed 1600
You will find four certified personal trainers, Selectorized Body Master equipment, stationary and recumbent bicycles, treadmills and stair steppers. Other equipment includes cross trainers, dumbbells and assorted free weights. There’s aerobic classes, nutrition information, shower and locker room facilities are available. Co-ed sauna and steam room, too!
