VISITORS CENTER/PASS HOUSE
The Pass House hours of operation are 0600-1630 open 7 days a week.
Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The Visitors Center, also known as the Pass House is located in Bldg. 1637 at the H-3 entrance of Marine Corps Base Hawaii Kaneohe Bay. The Visitor Center is responsible for long and short term vehicle passes for retired and active duty personnel, dependents, houseguests, civilian employees, sponsored visitors, contractors and vendors. The Visitor Center also issues temporary identification cards, rapid gate ID's, commercial activity request passes, special event passes, and houseguest cards.
* Contractor and Vendor long term passes and badges are issued Monday-Thursday between 0700-1630.
**FOKB Passes and badges are issued at the Visitors Center/Pass House by appointment only on Fridays and Saturdays by calling Klipper Golf Course at (808) 254-2107.
VEHICLE REGISTRATION
Vehicle registration hours of operation are 0730-1630 Monday-Friday
Closed on all Federal holidays.
The Customer Service Center, also known as Vehicle Registration is located on 3rd street in Bldg. 1095 on the first floor. The Customer Service Center is responsible for base vehicle registration, issuing non-resident forms, houseguest registration and cards, contractor vetting, background checks, check-in/out, weapons registration, fingerprinting as well as long and short term vehicle passes for retired and active duty personnel, dependents, houseguests, and civilian employees.
