PrepTime41AC running good. Equipment well maintained <why 4 decline press(rarely used)>?; staff professional & courteous though high turnover. Need speed bag but great 1heavy bag, HiiT room and aerobic. Amazing Sauna. 4.6/5

The A.C. is broken and has been for a long time, so it gets very hot during workouts. My favorite time to come is around 0800 because barely anyone is there and it can get really crowded. This is an old gym but it's kept pretty clean and most of the machines work. Staff are nice..... There's plenty of TV's but they're all constantly on political news.
