We have been trying to make appointment for ID cards. No one returns our calls, and we can't make appointments. My Husband is disabled, I've been trying to help him, but I'm not getting any help from you, Please answer my calls. Thank You

We have 2 members in our squadron that have been waiting 2 weeks to renew their CAC's. I understand that the office cannot contol when the system goes but they could at least have the decency to answer the phone when people call to see if the system is up that day. Walk-in hours and wait times are ridiculous and the Rapids appointments are booked out for months at a time. It's actually faster to get a new CAC at Edwards (2 hours away) then it is to get one here.

Spent 3 1/2 hours waiting to renew ID's , only to have the system go down. We had tried to schedule appointment via the web, but none available until mid August. We went to the office July 11th and found a note on the door that the office was closed the 11th and 12th. No mention was made on the phone message . Arrived on 13th at 8a.m. and during 3 1/2 hours about 20 applicants were processed. Modern ugrades, ample staff and relatively low volume it should function more efficiently.

I have been getting Military ID Cards for 42 years. This is the most screwed up inefficient office I have ever seen. 3 hours of watching them cater to walk ins without appointments and last on the sign in list. No rhyme or reason on who or what they prioritize. I recommend you never come to this office because I never will again. If I ever get called up my next stop is the Commanding Officers office to put them o report.

I left a voice message 2 days ago and have not received a return call, as your recorded message says a caller would. This is a customer service phone number? Either revise the message - or return the calls. Thank you.
