   I asked for a prescription filled with new glasses I provided. I was asked to fill out a form that indicated if my new Tom Ford glasses were damaged (i.e.scratch), they will keep them and have me choose a pair in their store, however, had nothing comparable. The policy was questionable. The attendant got upset, slammed the glasses on the counter and said "you can then go elsewhere then". Beware of practices like this, it should be researched by the BBB. Don't waste your time/money going there
