TRICARE/Beneficiary Counseling Assistance Coordinators (BCAC)

TRICARE/BCAC at Luke AFB educates beneficiaries and helps them with TRICARE-related eligibility, enrollment, referrals/authorizations, and claims processing questions. This term also refers to others in the customer service community who help military health system beneficiaries (e.g., Health Benefits Advisors, Family Support Staff, Health Systems Specialists, and Patient Advocates).
