Listed hours are general and vary by office. First and third Wednesday of each month, Clinic closed from 1200-1630.

The Hurlburt Field AFB Medical Clinic is located on the East side of base near the Commissary and Exchange.

Closed the first Monday of each month for Training.

People making decisions and cancelling referrals on patient care without reading patient history. Stupid!

Called for refills on Jan 20 & 22. My spouse went to pick them up today (Jan 26).and was told there were no refills under my nam. I tried calling #881-5835 to check the status and they had been filled. So I tried option #3 to speak w/a pharmacy associate. I went through this 4 times to no avail. Tried #881-2133 several times. No answer.
