Military & Family Life Counselors (MFLC)

The MFLC program at Hunter Army Airfield offers confidential, non-medical, solution-focused counseling, consultation and education aimed at building military and family readiness and resiliency.

MFLCs have Master or Doctoral degrees and are licensed clinicians.
MFLCs keep no records and make no reports to command
MFLCs are mandated reporters of child abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and any situation where someone may be a threat to themselves or others
MFLCs cannot provide services to anyone receiving mental health or substance abuse services
MFLCs cannot provide services to anyone being investigated by MPs, CID, or involved in UCMJ proceedings
