The ID section can also help you with CAC issues.

Since 1996, I have used the Henderson Hall ID Card section at various times. They are extreamly efficient and always helpful. I go out of my way to visit them.

I wish I could give this place a negative star rating. I have been here three times now. Each time the two women working were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They both take their lunch at the same time and close the office. They take lunches in excess of one hour. They do not serve their customers well. My only regret is not visiting the Commanding Officer afterwards and telling him who he has representing him. Unsat.

I renewed my retired military ID card today, and just like every other time I have used this facility, the experience was excellent.

The only saving grace is that this is one of the few places that does not take appointments. The people who work in the office have some of the poorest attitudes I have ever experienced. These people will do the absolute minimum. There is much more I could say about the level of laziness and disrespect they display but I will save it. Bottom line I would avoid this office and just make an appointment somewhere else. Someone in charge should really do something about this poor customer service.

Went to renew my CAC & the people there are very rude, impatient & went against what's on the website which is the last customer will be taken at 3. Not 10-15 before.Especially when there is no line. The tone in which they spoke to me was very nasty and when I shared this with others, they all said they went through the same thing. I recommend going to any other location to include DC if you can before this location because you will not leave pleased!

I’ve had the same abhorrent attitude by the 2 ladies working there. They have a poor grasp of customer service and give nothing but a very minimum amount of information and seem to look for a reason not to serve you. Won’t go back. If you require an ID Card, make the trip next door to Ft Myers...this old Marine was treated with a LOT more respect and they actually seemed focused on customer service.

I have been to this office more than 6 times. They were Professional, helpful and kind. The wait times are shorter than other ID options. 5 stars!!

My wife and I had a bad experience at this office on Friday, 20 October2017. The two people that worked there were very unprofessional and had no training in customer service. If you need an ID card, go somewhere else.
