   Two stars for not informing me that the Pet Friendy Unit did not have Air Conditioning or Hot Water at Check-In on on 24 Mar 2015. Unit # 2911 was uncomfortably warm and humid even with the front and back windows wide open. Followed up an evening of panting dogs and sweating most of night with a freezing cold shower. Front Desk Personnel were aware and acted rather disinterested about the matter at Check Out. Overall Grade: Safe Location, Average Room, Very Poor Customer Service.
