There are two three-story buildings on Fort Shafter and the ID Card Office is located in one of them, building 1550. Scheduled appointments are recommended using the RAPIDS appointment scheduler (link above).

GeorgeYakowenkoI tried 6 times to enter and the response is the site is not secure. I called the office and got a message telling me to use the web site. This system stinks, Why can't the recording take a message and they can call us back.

I can not log in. Using different approaches all yield similar negative results such as site is not secure, your connection is not private and don't enter any info because it could be stolen by hackers. This page is the furthest I've been able to get. I am retired civilian SES. My id expires 19 Sept. How do I schedule an appt?
